The stay was absolutely wonderful!
The hotel had a refined and welcoming atmosphere.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, and everyone had an excellent level of English.
The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were well maintained. The thick curtains allowed the room to be completely dark, which was especially useful during the period we stayed, as it was still light outside even after 10 PM.
The location is very central, close to the Old Market and Allas Live. We stayed there for a concert and had access to the venue within just 3 minutes.
The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of dishes to suit all tastes.
I would have preferred to be able to make the room a little warmer, but it was not a significant issue for me

Location. Room size.
Restaurant shut….on Sunday, no room service. It’s an international hotel!. Sofa bed was like a medieval torture device. Simply awful. Make the staff sleep in it.

Beautiful room, very helpful staff, fantastic breakfast, nice and close to the dock and a short walk into the city.
