We stayed in an accessible room which was large enough to move about with the wheelchair. Breakfast was plentiful and there was a great choice of foods to be had.
Bathroom was good size, but lost points in the high very steep step into the room. We also had to ask for the support handles/bars to be brought in for the toilet where they could have been installed before hand.

What a lovely place . Rooms clean and quiet . Lovely bath ! The breakfast was an amazing variety of choice! But most of all thw staff were amazing ! Multi lingual and super friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay again .

I have never experienced such an unnecessarily disrespectful and dismissive checkout experience at a hotel.
I stayed at Klaus K Hotel in Helsinki from 29–31 August, and I want to be very clear: the money was not the issue. I used items from the minibar and ordered food to my room, and I paid for everything when checking out. The payment confirmation is available, and I have no issue paying for what I consume.
The problem was the way I was treated when there was a simple discrepancy regarding a bottle of red wine.
At checkout, I was told that a red wine had been registered as consumed. I explained very clearly that I had initially taken the wine from the shelf and placed it in the fridge because I was considering drinking it, but subsequently changed my mind and put it back on the shelf.
I even offered an extremely simple solution: send someone upstairs and physically check the room.
Instead of doing that, the receptionist started discussing how I apparently preferred drinking red wine cold. That was completely irrelevant. My preference for drinking wine had absolutely nothing to do with the issue. The issue was simply whether the bottle was still in the room.
I repeatedly explained that I had taken it out of the fridge and put it back on the shelf. Yet I was told that the cleaner had taken a photograph of the fridge and that the wine was not there. Again, I explained: I had already told you that I put it back on the shelf.
Nobody went upstairs to verify it.
I then realised I had forgotten my phone upstairs and asked for the key so I could quickly retrieve it. The receptionist responded jokingly that it was "too late already." I said nothing and waited for the key.
While I was standing at the elevator waiting to go upstairs, her colleague called her attention to the photograph and pointed out that there was no wine in the fridge.
