Location was great for central area and the local ferries, and just a short tram ride to the Tallinn ferry terminal. The room was very comfortable.
Had to wait quite a long time to be asked what hot drink I wanted at breakfast and then I was given the wrong tea (staff were incredibly busy though, rather than being slack!).

The accommodations were perfect. Close to the harbor and a few km walking distance to several attractions. The breakfast was a 10/10. Cappuccino or latte on request, fresh juices and all the flavors of Finland. There were so many options and treats at breakfast.

This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location in the city. Walkable distance to many attractions. It is high quality and clean with luxurious rooms and delicious meals at the restaurant. If you are looking for a higher quality experience, stay here. We would definitely return to this hotel if we come back to Helsinki.

Location, big rooms, comfortable bed.
The external smoking area head no heating, or at least a 6 meters square closed and heated smoking bubble.
