Siisti hotelli

Hieno vanha rakennus ja varsin hyvä sijainti.

Huone oli aika kylmä ja koruton. Aamupalalla säätöä. Pöydissä kahvikupit, mutta tarjoilijat eivät tienneet, tuleeko kahvi pöytään. Haettu sitten itse ja sen jälkeen etsitty pitkin tilaa kauramaitoa, josta siitäkään ei henkilökunnalla ollut tietoa. Kukaan ei myöskään kertonut munakkaan tilausmahdollisuudesta.

Everything was perfect, staff is amazing. Thanks to everyone for accommodating us. Special thanks to Thodoris the Greek guy ,to the lady in the reception for the little talk and for the tips that they gave us for our vacation around Helsinki. Also thanks to Abdi for the amazing service at the bar! The hotel is very close to the city center so everything is very close to you by foot.

The room temperature(standard 22 degrees ) was a little bit low for our preferences especially when outside at night has 4 degrees but except that everything was perfect.

Ihanan kodikas hotelli

Aleksanteri on kodikas, rauhallinen, ihana hotelli. Useamman kerran viihtynyt täällä. Henkilökunta on miellyttävää. Tällä erää sama nainen tullessa ja lähtiessä respassa. Auttavainen, hyväntuulinen, lisäsi käyntimukavuutta. Huoneita on monenlaisia, teema-aiheisista perustyyliin. Aamiainen on maistuva ja monipuolinen ja rauhallisesti sujuva. Ihanaa kun kahvipannun saa pöytään. Sijainti on hyvä! Vastapäätä löytyy kauppa ja läheltä vaikka mitä ruokapaikkojakin.

Tällä erää olin itse valinnut yhden hengen huoneen teemalla. Huone oli makuuni naisena liian pieni. Osa kalusteista, kuten kirjoituspöytä, kaipaisi vaihtoa tai pientä pintaremppaa. Kovin kuluneita. Mut sänky oli miellyttävä. Ja täälläkin oli pieni viileäkaappi mikä aina ilo, sai iltapalansa kylmään.

위생과 손님 응대를 생각한다면 비추천 하고싶습니다.

메뉴가 다양한 조식, 그리고 넓은 공간, 잘 정리되고 갖춰져있는 음식들이 있어서 좋았습니다. 조식 서비스를 해주는 직원들은 친절했습니다.

추가 결제하면 얼리체크인 가능하다는 이메일 회신을 받았지만, 당일 도착하니 방이 준비되어 있지 않아서 얼리체크인을 할 수 없었습니다. 짐 보관 또한 직원이 도와주는게 아닌 손님이 스스로 해야한다는 점이 불쾌 했습니다. 겉보기엔 괜찮아 보이는 듯 했지만 침대 매트리스는 얼룩이 있고 더러웠으며 샤워기 수압은 매우 약했습니다. 슬리퍼나 샤워가운은 비치되어있지 않았고 드라이어기도 헤드가 떨어져나가 고정이 전혀 되지않았습니다.

The perfect base for a comfortable visit to Helsinki with your pooch!

The personnel were great, small touches like giving us the same room upon return (which we had praised on the first visit) and gifts for the dogs and things like holding a delivery for us prior to arrival made us feel very welcome. On top of that, the breakfast was superb!

We couldn't open the window, although I guess this was due to climate control. Still, I think that the ventilation in the bathroom could have been a little better.

Comfy bed. Great sauna. Perfect location. Basic but everything you need. We had to cut our trip shirt due to family emergency and they offered a refund straight away which was amazing .

Room decor very dated. Staff not overly friendly. Breakfast way overpriced so we opted out and ate at the Lazy Fox Cafe next door.

The room and bed was very comfortable, did not have the breakfasts although was offered them on our arrival, but thought they were expensive.

Superb breakfast selection, something for everyone. Sauna facilities were spotless and a welcome way to relax at the end of the day after exploring Helsinki. Friendly staff were always happy to help. Bed was really comfy.

Awesome, comfortable, warm & welcoming

Very comfortable, spacious room and bathroom, good quality toiletries, good location- near the city centre, extremely helpful and warm staff specially Miss Nina at the reception for check-in, provided early check-in since we arrived earlier than official check in time, the property itself clean and comfortable and welcoming, felt quite luxuriously comfortable.

Well Recommended!

Location: In City Center, 10-15 mins walk to Market Square and Central Station. Less than an hour from the airport and 10 mins by tram to Olympia Terminal if you are taking the cruise; there is Tram 3 mins walk from the hotel; there is a supermarket in front of the hotel, numerous restaurant within the vicinity Room: The room is spacious and it has everything you need, bed is very comfortable Service: There are welcome sweets and water upon arrival, staff are very helpful, thanks for the gesture of surprise for my partner's birthday, much appreciated A well recommended hotel when in Helsinki!

Helsinki city break

The hotel is close to restaurants, cafes, transport and some main attractions. The people working at the hotel were very nice and polite. Breakfast was good, maybe a few more veggie options ( like veggie sausages) would have been great. Sauna, although we didn't use it.

The room was very outdated, old furniture, bathroom, broken window, dusty windows...It looked better on pictures! Room was also small, and didn't have much space to put your clothes. Cleaning of the room is not daily unless you ask for it the day before, we asked for the room to be cleaned and nobody came. Some of the lights on the bathroom and bedroom didn't work. We could hear the cars and noise from the street. Radiator in the room is always on. It can get very hot.

Lovely hotel from a well known brand at a decent price

Well appointed room done to a generally high standard. Spacious. Good selection for breakfast which was available quite early - ideal when having full days planned or leaving for an earlyish flight. Staff welcoming and helpful throughout. Located within a 100m or so of 2 tram routes back to the main rail station . Decent price for a city hotel on a weekend

Great and well run hotel, great personnel

Personnel very helpful and accommodating, nice large rooms, comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. Very good location. Nice and cost common areas with plenty of seating.
