Everything perfect. Stunning hotel and staff. I stayed at the Original Sokos Hotel Presidentti for five nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the main train station and the city's top sights.The room was very clean, modern, and full of natural light. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept very well.The staff were polite, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh fruit, pastries, and hot coffee. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Helsinki. I will definitely come back!
We didn't receive a couple of slippers for the room. Other people got them inside their room so they we're included but the receptionist told me to pay extra for them.

Although this hotel is not in the centre it’s surrounded by public transport and you can get into town in around 10 minutes. The breakfast was fabulous even if it was sometimes difficult to find a seat, it was so crowded, and the pool, though cold, was great to come back to after a day’s sightseeing
The bed was terrible, our backs are still killing us!
We will never understand why we were asked if we required cleaning every day as they normally clean every 3 days, only to change the towels and not even make the bed! Never heard anything like it from a 4 star hotel!
