Brief stay where I could quickly explore the city before moving on to my next destination

Location was very good. It was easy to find and about a five minute walk from Helsinki Central Station. Most of the city was within walking distance. Staff were very helpful in assisting when I had a problem. Breakfast, while quite busy, was good.

Less busy at breakfast. I wasn't a fan of the queuing system when I checked in but this may be in part because I had been travelling all day, just wanted to get to my hotel room but there was a queue of people

As a travel agent, I would not recommendHotel Presidentii to clients.

breakfast variety was nutritious and delicious

Reception staff were rude at check-in. Swimming pool and sauna.were not open during evening. Bathroom heater cover by bath tub was dirty.

Extremely convenient location. Cleaning was done well but needed to ask for it.

Fried eggs only for payment Not enough storage cupboard space for 2 people Cannot open the windows at all. Not everybody is comfortable with AC running during the night.

My Two Days at The Original Sokos in Helsinki

Everyone was incredibly nice and friendly. The room exactly as you want it. And the breakfast exceeded my expectations. Obviously, I'm very pleased!

good breakfast buffet, comfy room, nice sauna, easy access by tramway

the hotel didn't look full but my room was a bit far from the main elevator/reception/exit door, not really an issue.

Very nice place

super location with great facilities

Lovely hotel which is very close to the central train station and easy to walk into the centre of town from. The hotel has great sauna and pool facilities. we had a fabulous breakfast, lots to choose from cooked, continental and local Finnish delicacies and we also had a lovely evening meal in the restaurant too.

Excellent location. Exceptional breakfast.

The restaurant Manu. They forgot to put our order through to the kitchen we waited 1.30 hours to get nothing they were not busy. Not even an apology we walked out to find something to eat elsewhere.

very modern ,clean and comfortable , good breakfast options

The on-site restaurant had a large booking one evening so stopped taking hotel guests for evening meal. this was not communicated to hotel staff or guests, not ideal to work all day and then not able to eat at the hotel when returning after 9pm.

It's one of the best option to stay 1-2 nights in Helsinki.

Everything is nice. The breakfast is excellent.

The price €170 per night :( And the long queue to the reception.

Excellent!

The hotel is located in the city center near the Bus station, in the very nice place. The breakfast was excellent (I stayed before in Sokos hotels, and the breakfast was one of the reason why I selected this hotel).

Almost everything is nice. May be a problem is the long warte line to the reception, all reception guys are busy and it's a problem to ask for something (for example, if you want to ask where is the toilet room in the 0.OG you have to take a number ticket and then wait for 20 minutes…)

Smooth check in and check out, electric kettle/tea/coffee in the room.

Very busy breakfast, buffet was of rather low quality products, slightly tired decor.
