Clean room, nice view. Rooftop pool. Close to the harbor. Directly at the tram stop, few minutes with the tram to the city center. Fast check-in, check-out. Rich selection for the breakfast.

Great stay overall! Breakfast was a highlight, with so much variety and great choices to suit different dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free etc). Hotel very clean and staff very helpful. I also loved the seating in the lobby and lounge so you weren't always stuck in the room. Great transport links from right outside the hotel and nearby shops and restaurants and felt super safe at the hotel.
I think the rooms need more storage. I was there for 11 days and couldn't really unpack as there were 5 coat hangers, but no other storage so I had to live out of the suitcase for longer than I would like to. For longer stays, more storage is needed. Some hooks in the bathroom would be useful as you had to keep opening the shower door to access the towels. I was also a little disappointed in the pool and sauna on the rooftop. They are lovely, but even in the summer the pool is cold and both the sauna and pool are small for a large hotel so were too busy to use at times.

What a spectacular hotel - we've been travelling for three weeks and this was our final hotel, and we saved the best for last! We were upgraded to a superior room, with a beautiful view, which made it very restful to come back to each evening. The swimming pool and sauna have a sensational view and setting and so without leaving the hotel, you can have a brilliant holiday experience. The breakfast buffet was also exceptional. All staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is outside the centre, but the tram is super fast and efficient, and it means you have more space and views. Very good value for the facilities. Highly highly recommend.

comfortable bed and room in a secure location
Room cleanliness. I found a hair band under the bed by the side so room obviously not cleaned well. Restaurant closed on Sunday so no meals available
