Great location friendly staff and cool retro design

Very friendly and helpful staff and cool design classic atmosphere, like the room and the breakfast

The lobbys bathroomnis very small. The elevators are confsuing (should be clear it stops in shopping mall).

Perfect location for a city or business trip

Beds were comfortable, the room exactly as described and depicted in the booking. The staff was very friendly. Copious breakfast, and the location is excellent for visiting the city. Right next to the train station and shopping mall, within walking distance of the city center and harbour. We used the nearby underground parking. Not cheap, but similar to other locations in Helsinki and very convenient.

There is nothing to dislike. As an improvement suggestion, the breakfast, as splendid as it it, could use a bigger tea selection and more fruits.

Next time in Helsinki, this is where we will stay again.

Everything! Location, decor, terrace, view, wifi, floor heated bathroom, bed comfort (Only the duvets were a bit small), the baby crib was nice and clean. Didn't specified no allergens, but definitely enjoyed the clean sheets and towels without any odour. Very kind staff. One floor pet friendly (7th?), and for us ex dog owners that is always a plus, to bad no rooms with access to the terrace for dog owners. All the shops in the building, and also a very well supplied supermarket. Restaurant food quality was great!

The breakfasts were excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was a wonderful sightseeing hub.

Wonderfully central. The lounge areas were spacious and comfortable.

We were upgraded to a superior room but it was very small and cramped. A lack of shelves and drawers for storage meant having to kneel down to retrieve things from cases under the table. One of the main lights was found to be broken on arrival and we had to have it repaired. Broken pieces of plastic and remains of food were on the floor when we arrived, suggesting a lack of attention to detail on the part of the cleaning staff. The bathroom was tiny and water came up onto the floor during every shower. Toilet paper was not replenished automatically.

Fantastic location, super friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room exactly what is needed after a long journey. Me and my wife will be returning and staying here.

I wish i could have stayed for a longer time.

Nice but would choose another hotel which has gym and sauna facilities all time

close to city centre, nice view from room

No gym available and Sauna open limited time, breakfast choice was so so compared to another hotel.

Lovely hotel with a superb location!

Great location, fantastic view from room (train station and cathedral), large rooms. Good front office - I sent a message for a room with a view and walk in shower - got both! Thanks!!

There is no hand soap at the bathroom sink. We had to go in the shower to get the soap to rinse our hands. For me the mattress was too soft.

Receptionist was friendly. Helpful that department store was right there. Proximetry to train station super useful. Luggage storage for 8hrs after we checked out was convenient and safe.

Great view from the room. Nice restaurant area. Pleasant staff. Well equipped room.

Thought breakfast was a little underwhelming, compared to the standard of the room and hotel facilities.

Wonderful stay in Central Helsinki

Located directly across from Helsinki Central Station, the hotel is located in a great area with shopping, restaurants, and a grocery next door. I enjoyed the private balcony overlooking Central Station. The room was very clean and comfortable and there was an excellent breakfast as well. It is also within walking distance from many attractions and is a good home base for a stay in Helsinki.

I had no complaints.
