Room was clean, spacious and well located. The hotel was beautiful and staff friendly. Especially loved the breakfast as there were several gluten free options and they were very clearly marked and easy to spot.
The only minus was that you could hear everything that happened in the bathroom when you were in the room. Not a big thing, but noticeable

The sauna and pool were not amazing , but I had very enjoyable interactions with other guests in both the pool area and in the Sauna .
The room was a great size and bright and clean and the towels were very luxurious .
The building works meant that the windows in the room were very dirty . The breakfast area is like a factory canteen dark and packed .. very unappealing .
Usually hotels give a bottle of water , but this Hilton had some bullshit marketing instead . Very disappointing. If you aren’t going to provide bought bottled water , then supply tap water in your own bottles . But saying if you want a bottle it’s €5 - “drink tap water it’s great “ is pathetic .

Modern Hotel close to Helsinki city centre. Public transport right (bus, tram and metro). Breakfast buffet was very good and staff were super friendly.
They even had a fun little treasure hunt for children in the lobby.
All our expectations have been met and there is nothing we would critique for our 2 night stay.

There was no concierge to help with the luggage , they were not very friendly
The hotel is nice but i wouldn’t recommend it
