September 17, we arrived at the Hotel U14 in Helsinki for a one-night stay. There, we were received by Tatiana at the reception desk. Immediately, we found her welcoming, warm, and attentive. She went out of her way to ensure that we receive a most comfortable room, which we did, making our Helsinki visit a pleasant one. Next afternoon of Friday, September 18, she ordered a comfortable car to take us en route to the ferry to Tallinn. Because of Tatiana’s politeness and care, we carry a pleasant memory of our stay at Hotel U14. We thank you also for choosing the right personnel to properly accommodate the requirements of your guests.

Excellent hotel with outstanding service, a great location, and exceptionally clean facilities. The staff made our stay truly enjoyable. A special thank you to Ousama at the front desk for his warm welcome, professionalism, and excellent assistance throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Great location and very helpful and friendly staff. Make sure to get recommendations for great places to eat from the staff as there are too many choices near by.
37 Euro for breakfast is a little steep.

The furniture was well designed
I made a reservation at booking.com , but it was not connected to the hotel system and was not supposed to be booked.
I stayed for 2 nights, but there was no change of towels in the room.
