The location was good, and the bed was comfortable.

The property was clean and a great value. The service was sufficient. My children loved the breakfast buffet.
It’s a bit of a walk from the commercial facilities and the tram stop. It rained, so it was a bit inconvenient.

The breakfast offered every morning was excellent. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel was very good. It was an easy walk to the train, Market Square, the cathedral, several museums, and shopping.
The biggest disappointment was that the lounge bar was closed during our entire stay. It would have been nice to enjoy a drink and snacks there in the evening. The restaurant was closed on Sunday night which was problematic as numerous other restaurants in the area were closed or closed early on Sunday as well.

Good breakfast.
One particular reception staff member who was both discourteous and rude, besides being unhelpful.
There was no advance information provided about the fact that towels, linen, etc. aren’t changed daily, neither are the beds made, nor are the glassware cleaned! This is the most ludicrous aspect of the hotel service - NO hotel that’s serious about its service would have such a policy!
