Compared to other hotels, this property is a welcome step up. A little escape.
For a Four Seasons, details are missing: common areas left unclean (carpets in the hallways, eg), no napkins for cocktail drinks, food very basic, lots of trash on beach, old electrical outlets in rooms.

We have been to the four seasons Tunisia before in 2023 and we had a great experience as a family . this time it was bad experience for my parents .. the only improvement is the breakfast
They did not treat my parents nicely.. the room was not a good view as we booked .. the amenities in the room were less .. the staff were not nice .. even when my mom called hairdresser to book an appointment she told her ok then when she knew it is only blow dry she told her the booking is full .. We are really disappointed.. we booked the stay for my parents to relax but it was no good experience.. even communication through booking is not good .. This is four seasons we have been there in many countries not sure why it doesn’t meet the same standards here
