I absolutely love Four Seasons Hotel Tunis and would happily recommend it. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and extremely well maintained, with excellent service, great facilities, and a very high overall standard. The staff are professional and attentive and everything from the rooms to the restaurants and pool areas feels luxurious.
The main thing I would like to see improved is the reservation of sun loungers. Some guests leave personal belongings on loungers for long periods without actually using them, which can be frustrating and in my opinion, does not really fit the standard of a 5 star luxury hotel. A clearer policy around this would make the pool experience much better.
The atmosphere is also quite different from some other luxury hotels in Tunisia. Four Seasons Tunis feels a little more like a high-end business hotel, polished, sophisticated, and professional, rather than warm and home-like.
That being said, Four Seasons Tunis is still an exceptional hotel. The quality, service, comfort, and overall experience are excellent and I always enjoy staying here.
