Tout était très bien. La chambre spacieuse propre et moderne. Vue lac. Le service était très bien et la qualité du repas mémorable. Les plats étaient tous très bon. C'était une agréable surprise. Belle découverte de vin également grace aux conseils du sommelier. Nous espérons pouvons revenir un jour. Merci a tous

Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Die Menschen die sich um uns gekümmert haben waren überaus zuvorkommend, sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

A small but beautiful facility, super clean, easy to navigate and with friendly staff. The rooms have all view to the lake, which is great, and the nights everything is so quiet… so different to our everyday life in a city.. we loved it!!
There is nothing worth mentioning as negative.

Lage und Frühstück war ok, Zimmer und Kommunikation leider nicht wie erwartet, und erhofft. Zimmer sehr klein und im 2. Stock ohne Lift ganz hinten am Flur. Balkon war jetzt mit ca 1,5 qmtr auch nicht das gelbe vom Ei
Die Kommunikation, wenig Kulanz, erst bei der vorzeitigen Abreise ein kleinwenig Entgegenkommen. Natürlich mussten wir aber trotzdem den vollen (höheren) Preis bezahlen. Guter Rat, immer direkt übers Hotel buchen ( günstiger), dann kann man auch schon im Vorhinein ausschließen, dass man das schlimme Zimmer 207 bekommt.
Wenn aber das Zimmer passt, man keinen Wert auf einen Lift legt( oder ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoß hat) und der Bodensee mal wieder Wasser hat, sicher ein tolles Hotel.
