Great location in the absolute center of Florence. The air conditioning in all the rooms was an absolute blessing in the August heat.
We stayed with a family of four and found the apartment to be very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator and combi-oven.
When we encountered an unexpected power outage we were promptly supported to fix it.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν άριστη, μπροστά σε πλατεία και κοντά σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα της πόλης. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο.
Μας έδωσαν μόνο ένα ζευγάρι κλειδιών και ήμαστε τέσσερα άτομα

La ubicación excepcional. Dormimos 4 personas en camas muy confortables. El salón y la cocina muy cómodos . Apartamento grande, espacioso y en 2 minutos andando (literal) en los ppales atractivos de Florencia. Lavadora funcionaba muy bien. Aire acondicionado en dormitorios y salón con un funcionamiento estupendo (en plena ola de calor).
El 2do cuarto de baño, se salía el agua de la ducha fuera del baño hacia las habitaciones. Quisieron ve ir a arreglarlo pero como teníamos el otro baño, le indicamos que lo arreglasen tras nuestra salida.

Location, spacious, clean
Stairs, but only single flight. No elevator. A/C not very strong. It eventually cooled down the apartment.
