The location, the food in the pub and the continental breakfast. The room was clean and fresh. The ale was in great condition

Good location close to the river and within walking distance of the town. Big bright bathroom almost as big as the bedroom - which was small.
Breakfast was disappointing. A few pre-packed items to be eaten in the room . This was not clear from the booking information. No food available on a Monday night which may not be that surprising except that they had sent a welcome message which said that there was food Monday to Saturday evenings. We ate dinner and breakfast elsewhere and didn’t use the bar in the pub as a result.
