Having to go to next door pub for breakfast even though it was very good but had to pay extra for the coffee

Quirky old building with character. Parking. Good breakfast with pleasant staff for a change
Security not too good . Yard gate and rear door not locked at night so anyone can get in the building

Staff member who welcomed me was friendly
Shower was hot and powerful
Bed linen and towels fresh
Toiletries provided
Very cheap (but not worth the savings with the downsides sadly)
Noisy until 2330
Car Park tight/small
Access stairs to rooms dirty and damaged carpets
Used soaps left on top of Shower from previous occupant
Mattress so ridiculously in need to replacement could feel and see all springs with hand let alone lying on it
Kettle had water from last occupant in
Breakfast was served several doors down at another pub- I didnt go there so cant comment on offer, although was told it was cereal and juice from the bar
