Nice room, booked a table in the restaurant. Indian food - very nice.
Room wasn't cleaned after first night and we had to ask for more tea, milk, loo roll as a result

We were in room 2 which was huge for the price we were paying! It had a massive bay window which was beautiful for sitting having a coffee in the morning.
Bed was comfy, room temperature was good, very peaceful night with a good bar serving decent Indian food and a pretty solid pint of Guinness.
And all dog friendly - all staff we met were very friendly.
It's not luxury, but in terms of value it's superb!
The shower wasn't great - but it's a very small grumble

Great sized room-bigger than expected, everything you needed in it. Excellent location, great value for money.
I didn’t find the bed that comfortable but I managed to get a good enough sleep. It was a little noisy where my room was situated near the front of the hotel I could hear cars early in the morning.

That the bar and Indian was attached to it
Lovely friendly bar staff at Oxgang bar
No welcome water in room on arrival
Dirty window seals and walls all scuffed , tea coffee drawer was filthy
Duvet inside was dirty
No where to drop off keys checking out
