excellent hotel with outstanding service in the most convenient location in Puerto Montt

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Ibis in Puerto Montt. I needed lodging on very short notice and appreciated that the reception and security staff were welcoming and helpful. They had a room ready before check in time so I had only a short wait. They held my luggage in a secure location during that time. The room was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet, and had a great view of the water. The location beside the bus terminal makes arriving, departing, and tours extremely easy. I highly recommend Hotel Ibis and will stay there again when I return to Puerto Montt.

El personal muy atento.

Ascensores malos, no había frigobar, no había servicio a la habitación, no habían suficientes toallas, insumos del baño como jabón y shampoo diluidos en agua, vaso para cepillo de café desechable, no habían toallas para las manos, la calefacción no funcionaba bien, salidas de emergencia no habilitadas con puertas bloqueadas y mal señalizadas. Insólito que cobren el desayuno a parte según la reserva.

La recepcionista, de trato indiferente, muy poco amable( mujer) El joven que se encontraba en la mañana -al salir- era muy amable. La habitación pequeñísima, sin shampoo, jabón solo en un dispensador -en mal estado- y para colmo las paredes de la ventana tenían humedad. Al llegar tuvimos que hacer funcionar radiador de calefacción ya que se encontraba cerrado por tanto la habitación fría en un día de mucha lluvia y viento.

Good value for the price, very clean and spacious

We arrived late after our flight, so it was really good having someone at the reception. The room was spacious, mattress very confortable. Very clean. The view was very nice.

Convenient, quiet, with a beautiful view of Osorno Volcano and the bay!

Right on the waterfront. Right next to the bus station, and surprising quiet. Lovely to walk the Costanera promenade in the evening where others are skate boarding in the skate park, or strolling, or just enjoying the waterfront. The breakfast is ample with lots of choices and convenient times. The seaview rooms are great!

A dedicated container in the shower for "shampoo" not just body soap would be nice. And a hand towel.

Comfortable, convenient, and in a great location for the bus and to walk the costanera promenade..

Good breakfast, plentiful. Tasty. Friendly staff. The location couldn't be better if arriving or leaving by bus. It is LITERALLY next door to the bus terminal. It's also surprisingly very quiet, and the view rooms over the water are lovely.

Only 2 big towels. No hand towel, nor washcloth. Also no shampoo, though maybe the gel in the shower would work. Nice to have a hairdryer. No complimentary tea or coffee in the room

I booked this place for $40500 CLP but when I did the check-in they charged me $48500 CLP, so why is that different? why don't match the prices? who is lying here?

Convenient to bus terminal

Comfortable bed, clean room. Helpful staff. The hotel itself was fine. View over bus terminal to water and a cruise ship dock. Grocery mercado right across the street was convenient.

Location in graffiti part of town. Very noisy next to bus terminal and busy street but not much sound proofing in the hotel in spite of the fact we were on the 6th floor. It would be nice to have hand towels as well as bath towels. Also, a kettle and mugs for making tea/nescafe.

Keep it up Ibis!!!

It's location, it's right beside the bus station. So convenient!!!

It could be a little bit more hygienic (the sink was a little gross). Also, they receive travellers from all over the world so it could be great if they rented or sold items such as adapters, or have a charging station in the lobby. All in all, the staff were great, really nice people. I would certainly like to visit again. 😊
