Everything was top notch!! Best stay of our life! The room was SPECTACULAR: superb view (very hard to explain how amazing, please see pictures & videos), great beds, super clean, very big rooms!
The staff very personable, connected with each passenger so greatly! Breakfast is amazing with tables full of a variety of breads& pastries, fruits, yoghurts, eggs & sausages, cheeses & cold cuts, and an unbelievable several gluten free options, which included a very yummy bread, brownie & cookies! The view from the breakfast room is breath taking! And this restaurant is open until 10pm with superb meals!
Location is great! A block from the waterfront, close to all transportation, mall, and in the middle of downtown but in a quiet street, which makes it the ideal spot!
We received a free upgrade without even asking! And because it was our anniversary they went out of their way to place in the room a bottle of champagne and sweets!
The hotel was built and is own by locals, which makes it extra special! Best desicion ever to stay here! We did not want to leave!!
Nothing!! Everything was top notch!! Service, facilities, location, breakfast worth more than a 10!

Very comfortable and cozy bed, potential to be an excellent hotel as great views.
Fixed heater immediately.
Needs some TLC
Would book again tho.

Shower was luke warm.
Shower gel was next to sink, had to get out of shower to get some shower gel, some in the shower would be better

The following Lines will sound like a commercial but it is how it is. We loved it here. What great Staff at this Hotel! We made a mistake with our Booking and the Frontdesk Personal was super helpful to change it and find a solution for 13 People of our Group :D Also on many other occasions the Staff including Restaurant Personal and Cleaning Personal was super helpful and friendly, great Vibe in the Team. Rooms were excellent by the way. Also Restaurant on the Rooftop had top Food. If your looking for a good Stay in Puerto Montt thats it.
Nothing to complain about at all.

we used it as a transit stay between flights so it was okay
very dated property with old carpets and furniture and no air conditioning so it was very stuffy
