Very comfortable and cozy bed, potential to be an excellent hotel as great views.
Fixed heater immediately.
Needs some TLC
Would book again tho.

Shower was luke warm.
Shower gel was next to sink, had to get out of shower to get some shower gel, some in the shower would be better

The following Lines will sound like a commercial but it is how it is. We loved it here. What great Staff at this Hotel! We made a mistake with our Booking and the Frontdesk Personal was super helpful to change it and find a solution for 13 People of our Group :D Also on many other occasions the Staff including Restaurant Personal and Cleaning Personal was super helpful and friendly, great Vibe in the Team. Rooms were excellent by the way. Also Restaurant on the Rooftop had top Food. If your looking for a good Stay in Puerto Montt thats it.
Nothing to complain about at all.

Location, cleanliness and room itself. Amazing view (we had a room in an elevated floor)
Even we said that we didn't pick anything from the minibar at the checkout, they sent us an invoice for "fridge item" later in the afternoon. Of course we refused to pay.

we used it as a transit stay between flights so it was okay
very dated property with old carpets and furniture and no air conditioning so it was very stuffy
