Well, on an overall scale i really liked the place and enjoyed the stay.
It would have been helpful if some staff were there at the entrance, I agree they were of help through the call, but still

The location is generally good; there's a bus stop right outside, and large supermarkets are nearby. The open kitchen's work area is a bit cramped.
The room was newly renovated, and the furniture was brand new. The staff was very friendly. The overall environment was quiet, clean, and well-organized.

Great location. Within 10 minutes to campus by walk. There are several supermarkets nearby. The room is indeed an apartment with well equipped kitchen corner and balcony.
The shelf in the bathroom is dusty, but it could be occasionally forgotten to be wiped off.

I liked that it was on a main street; at a walking distance to the university campus and some markets. It was ok in terms of cleaning. The desk was large enough. The internet connection was good. The balcony was a nice small place. Change of towels every 2-3 day was really good.
The room cleaning should be more frequent; once in two weeks is not hygienic enough. Also, there should be a much better solution for the washing machine usage. You need to buy coins (5 Euro for one set is a bit pricy for Germany). The office to buy them is open for a few hours in the middle of the day (when we are at work) and even if we go there, it might be closed. Washing clothes must not be that difficult. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The bed was very small, even for a very short small person like me. I can't imagine taller, heavier people. The bed made my back hurt a lot.
