They should probably check the quality of mattresses and pillows. Or the bed base.

Great location near train station. Super friendly efficient staff. Nice clean comfortable quiet rooms.
Elevators were very slow. Wifi in room a bit spotty.

Smart, modern new property, good breakfast. Good location close to the railway station, a short walk outside of the main town.
Room prepared for one person, not two as booked. Had to collect extra towels from reception. I presume this is to cut staff to a minimum but the hotel comes across as upmarket Premier Inn, not something I associate with the Sheraton brand. If you must automate everything, please include an automated check-in/check out facility
