Lots of room. Clean and comfortable. Relatively close to downtown (car not required as long as you don’t mind walking half a mile to get to the edges of midtown - we walked about 8-10 miles both days we were there, but did not mind it at all - we had a car, and walking was our preference)
Staff on site were slightly rude. Over email, polite and professional. We wrote ahead to ask for early check-in and offered to pay more (our flight was overnight and landed at 7am). Response was given “we won’t know until day of, just come by and have breakfast on us and we will do our best to accommodate”. But when we arrived the woman at reception said they don’t know why that was sent and that they don’t do early check in at all… she said we could have a coffee if we’d like, but did not honor the breakfast offer via message (which by this point was our plan for food that morning). If the message wasn’t going to be honored, then it shouldn’t have been sent.

Местоположение хорошее. Квартира уютная, большая, есть стиралка, сушилка. На кухне есть все приборы, но ни соли ни сахара ни чая не было
Душ - лейка для биде😄. Очень не удобно и совсем не понятно. Когда приехали увидели в сушилке полотенца вместе с половыми ковриками и тряпками для уборки, исходя из этого , могу предположить что и стирались полотенца вместе с половыми ковриками и тряпками для уборки. Это очень расстроило.

Struttura carina abbastanza ben attrezzata. Discreta la colazione.
La struttura è un po' vecchiotta e con una scala parecchio ripida per andare in una delle camere. Il bagno è un po' piccolo. La colazione non è molto varia
