The Space:
Our recently renovated two bedroom apartment features a chic, modern interior with stylish black and white decor, complemented by sleek wooden cabinets.
The apartment includes a fully-equipped kitchen, free wi-fi, bathroom, double beds and a sleeping sofa, and a living & dining room and a terrace with city view. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in a double bed and a comfortable sleeping sofa.
Guests will appreciate the convenience of free street parking in the neighbouring streets. Please note that parking spaces are limited.
Guest Access:
Check in at your own convenience with our simple self-check-in process. Check-in details will be sent via email before arrival, and support is available 24/7 if needed.
Guests have access to the whole apartment and a shared laundry room. Everything within the apartment is private and for you to use at your convenience.

B2 is ideally situated in central Reykjavik near the vibrant Hlemmur food hall and a major bus station, with a cozy café conveniently next door. Located in a more tranquil part of the city, our apartments offer easy access to the bustling main street, Laugavegur, ensuring you can enjoy the best of both worlds—peaceful relaxation and lively city life.
A grocery store is just a 3-minute walk away, and within a 10-minute stroll, you'll find a pharmacy, a public park, a museum, and the scenic seaside.
Getting Around:
The BSI Bus Terminal is 700 metres away and a large public bus station in 4 min walking distance. The apartments are in a 45 min. drive from Keflavik Airport.
If you take the FlyBus from the airport, the nearest drop-off bus stop is at Snorrabraut and from there it's only 6 min. walk to the apartment.
If you don't have a rent-a-car most attractions and services are within walking range. You can also use the public bus.
Other Things to Note:
Cots, cribs, high seats and other children/baby furniture are available upon request.

Fantastic place, lots of restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable beds, amazing blackout curtains for adjusting to time difference. We had trouble finding it on our map, we showed up at a woman’s personal flat at first! I think that was a mix of address and personal failure

Lovely stay, the lift was out of order a couple of times. Really bad smell from bathroom (not the smell of the normal Iceland water). Emailed property manager but didn’t get a reply. Fire alarm went off in building no fire but false alarm, they came to check quickly. Be good to have microwave set up rather than in cupboard. Very comfortable rooms and beds, Great stay. I chose property because of parking availability but there is very limited parking available after 6pm, we managed to find free parking close by, but there is no dedicated spot available.

The apartment was beautiful. It's a bit far from the Lava Show, Whale Watching, Flyover Iceland activities. Also, very random, but the water in the toilet smelled really bad. The only nice thing would have been to get coffee pod refills.

We had a great stay. The location is ideal, close to downtown, but in a quiet area. Excellent communication and clear arrival instructions. Overall, I recommend this place as a home base for your Iceland adventures.
