It was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. I slept like a baby. The air conditioning also worked very well in this heat wave we’ve been through.
The carpets could be cleaner, or no carpets would be a better solution.

- The receptionist was very kind and helpful;
- The room was on the ground floor as requested ( which was great for the amount of luggage I had);
- The breakfast options were fantastic;
- Very clean and neat room;
- Location is good as it is close to the train station, but you have to pass through this weird underground corridor with bad quality road, meaning it could make you feel uneasy and the trolley could break if not careful.

The location was perfect, just around the corner of the station.
The bed was comfortable.
I had some issues with two of my cards while doing the self check in. I wrote to the staff but they didn't answer at all, not even to say that they were pleased that it was resolved.
The room was super dusty, it looked that it wasn't properly cleaned up in some time.
Also the curtains didn't give much privacy.
I really missed a kettle in the room.
