It was easy to access as it is in a cul de sac near the Malton by-pass. Pleasantly hosted
The location was the wrong side of Malton as we were attending a birthday in Amotherby / Little Habton

Excellent location for visiting places of interest in all directions; rural setting but close to major road network. Beautifully clean. Nice light room. Pleasant, thoughtful hostess.
Would have been nice to have been offered some fruit salad/fruit for breakfast.

Nice room views seeing the animals in the fields, felt welcome with room treats (water, cake, tea), liked how we could come and go whatever time even though it was their own home, felt very looked after in breakfast room always lots of options catering to our needs.
We had our own private section guarded by a sliding door so we would like for that sliding door to lock, could have put us in a room with a double bed with us being a couple and would like to have a communal room to get out of the bedroom
