Samo miejsce jest bardzo przyjemne i dobrze położone, niedaleko plaży z rafą i żółwiami. Personel jest miły i pomocny. Kiedy zgłosiliśmy problem z klimatyzacją, bez problemu udało się zamienić pokój na taki, w którym działała znacznie lepiej.
Niestety zdjęcia w internecie wyglądają trochę lepiej niż rzeczywistość, a pokojom przydałoby się już odświeżenie. Zdecydowanie nie polecam bungalowu nr 1, ponieważ klimatyzacja nie działała w nim tak, jak powinna. Wyposażenie pokoju jest dość skromne. Pod prysznicem jest tylko deszczownica, a szkoda, bo zwykła słuchawka byłaby dużo wygodniejsza.
Na plus fajny tarasik, na którym można sobie posiedzieć i odpocząć. Śniadania były smaczne, choć dość skromne. Szkoda, że owoce są traktowane jako osobny posiłek, a nie dodatek do śniadania.
Personel pośredniczy w wycieczce na rafy, wprawdzie z grupy około 20 osób było ponad 30, jednak w tej cenie (150k) można było na to przymknąć oko.
Ogólnie pobyt oceniamy pozytywnie, choć kilka rzeczy można by poprawić.
Pokoje wymagają odświeżenia, brak owoców w standardzie śniadania, klima nie działa jak powinna.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in Gili Air. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help which made us feel very welcome.
Our bungalow was beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the outdoor shower was such a lovely touch. The room was clean and very well maintained.
We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily come back. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special!
The AC did not work well in the night

Centrally located which made getting around the island easy. Jul (front desk, cook, manager) was amazing and super fun to interact with. He tried really to make everyone feel welcome.
Property is in serious disrepair. A good cleaning and some paint would do wonders, but currently it’s gross.
We were in #3 and the AC worked sometimes, the water in the shower doesn’t reach the tiles where you’re supposed to stand so your choices are stand on the green slime covered rocks or don’t get wet. The sheets and towels really should be replaced and the curtains were falling off the rod. Also, what was that dried substance on our floor by the bed? Nasty.
I felt like I was back in my 20s and staying at some low cost hostel.
We’re coming back to Gili A in a month but it’s a hard pass on this place.
