We booked the villa which i highly recommend, offers privacy, wonderful pool view and the interior is so beautiful, especially the bathroom.

Very nice, modern, central hotel
Walls are paper thin. So you hear guests in other rooms. I had to tell some guests talking loudly on their balcony at 3am to be quiet... its basically a flash hostel I'd say.

We had a wonderful stay in Gili Air. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The accommodation had a lovely atmosphere, and everything was clean and comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the island. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend it.

The location was great
Unfortunately, the pool in our villa didn’t appear to have been properly cleaned, so we weren’t really able to enjoy it. The overall maintenance was also poor, and in our opinion, the hotel did not meet the standards expected of a four-star property.
Although this wasn’t the hotel’s fault, our experience was also affected by a group of guests who completely took over the shared outdoor area and left their belongings everywhere, as though they had rented the entire place. Their children were screaming from around 6 a.m. and even tried to open the doors of other villas. We also saw several other guests complaining about the situation.
It’s a shame, as we were looking forward to relaxing and enjoying the pool and outdoor space.
