The staff here is so kind, thoughtful, and makes you truly feel like family. It’s my favorite place I’ve stayed in Indonesia. The beds are comfortable and there are even inspirational quotes on the walls. You can book snorkeling, bike, so many things through the property. They even drove me to snorkeling and set it all up. Highly recommend staying here! I’ve extended my stay here twice already because it’s so great :)
It’s not next to the beach and in the center of the island. But honestly it’s great because then you get to see more of the neighborhood and learn your way around the island. Rent a bike and it’s only a few minutes to beach :)

I liked the location of this hotel, not too far from the port it will take you no more than 10 mins to walk (please don't use the horses) and in walking distance to both restaurants as well as the beach.
It took a while for someone to check me in (this was confusing as you couldn't tell who/where the staff were supposed to be). I was given a lot of information, which the host was to share with me on WhatsApp as well as take my breakfast orders on. Unfortunately, none of this information was ever shared with me and I was never given any breakfast options either..speaking to those in the next room they had the same experience to myself. After realising this stay was not going to get any better but still wanting to stay and explore Gili Air I decided to stay at another hotel on the island which definitely made up for this experience. I was beyond excited to stay here due to the reviews and unfortunately the service I received did not match.
