Stayed here for the last 15 nights, so glad I did, spotless top floor apartment, every you need is supplied, even down to all cleaning materials, change of bedding ETC location is in a quieter area but still has plenty of bars , shops, restaurants on your doorstep, the madhouse downtown is only 5 minutes on a motorbike taxi, (perfect). pool area is clean and spacious, everything was great, the owner prompt to meet me and was always on the end of the phone if any problems occur . All in all 5* place 🙏🙏🇬🇧🇹🇭

I was met by the owner in the lobby. He helped with my luggage and showed me the condo. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and roomy the place was. He was very friendly and showed me everything that was available in the condo and told me to contact him if there's anything I needed. The kitchen was well equipped and I needed nothing but to buy food. The whole place in general was well appointed.

Everything was great nothing to complain about.

Once again a very pleasant experience in every aspect. Also a big thank you to the owner Ludovic and his parents for being so kind and fulfilling all my wishes. I really enjoyed the clean apartment and the quiet pool area.

The apartment is quite good with all the facilities that are available in the complex. Nothing is missing from being a small studio - actually it is better equipped than other units I stayed at in this city. This place is ideal for those who would enjoy being in a quite and remote place. Looks like the whole complex is a favourite of retired people who enjoy staying all day by the pool.

It is important to notice that this is a single apartment in a large complex that is owned by an individual. The phone number provided in the booking confirmation belongs to the owner, who happens to be living in Europe, so the key collection was a bit cumbersome. The communication was with another person, and the number was provided by the owner after multiple calls. Another key important fact to pay attention to is the location. This apartment is situated quite remote from the beach and main attractions if you plan to walk around or use the widely available shared commuter cars in Pattaya. you have to rely on a rented bike/car or use bolt taxi cars. The unit was super clean when I got the key. I recognized that there was an additional charge of 800 THB for cleaning. Wasn't sure what was that for, but I didn't receive any cleaning during my 10 days stay. I disliked the fact that an additional charge is applied for electricity and water for my short stay. It was mentioned in the booking reservation (after I checked all the details again), but I needed to wait for the person at check out to handover the charge in cash based on the meter readings that was presented to me with hand writing!! there is no way to verify those reading especially when you are in a hurry to catch your air plane. It would be highly appreciable to add an average fix cost to the daily rate - especially this is a studio unit with relatively low potential consumption. Sure for a longer stay of several months such arrangement might sound needed.

Very comfortable, clean and spacious appartment. There are a lot of options for cooling and lights. The host is very forthcoming.

All in all a very nice place to stay. Family Mart, restaurant and taxis are just beside the main gate/entry, super close. The pool is really big and the whole area there is quiet and calm, perfect for relaxing after a hard party night :) The apartment is made with much love and is well furnished, there's everything you need. I can only recommend this apartment to you.

Nice, spacious and comfy apartment and a very helpful owner who is always online. Everything was prepared for a longer stay and we appreciated the equipment in the kitchen like a towel and dishwashing detergent. The location is great, there is a lot of 24/7 supermarkets and street food nearby.
