Everything is fantastic... I have stayed in a 5 stars in Maldives before and this one is not behind... The rooms arw confortable and the outdoor bathroom feeling is special... The buffet food is complete and amazing... There's an outstanding ratio of staff per customer... All extra services we booked were well organized: the beach dinner, the sandbank trip, the Male tour and the spa services... They also offer you a daily snorkling trip... The pool has a perfect temperature and the sunset view from there is fantastic... Special kudos to Saiful, our buffet fruit specialist: super kind and constant honest smile! Really appreciated

Great place, stuff was very friendly, clean room and beautiful island. Food was nice, many options, fish every day, different kind of meat and fruits. Servant SANA was very professional and kind. Also Sadiq was very kind, he helped us to drop our luggage to the registration desk from the speedboat.
Everything was perfect.

Beautiful beach with clear water, staff very friendly and helpful, well maintained facilities, good food.
Unless you stay in the water villa, you cannot use the beautiful restaurant on the water, only inland restaurant is available without additional charge.
We got bitten by sand flies, even though we didn’t lay down on the sand, always used sunbeds. Nobody told us about that issue.
The marine life is poor for Maldives.

Amazing views, good food, cleaning of the room twice a day, pleasant personnel
Noisy neighbours made the value of money paid twice less. I informed the staff of the noise from next villa on the day of my arrival, in 5 days nobody followed up with me to check if I was satisfied with my stay after I raised the complaint. I don't even know if anyone from the staff ever spoke to my neighbours. To my surprise, during check-out, nobody even asked how my stay was, so I had to bring it up myself. The staff was clearly not interested in listening to my complaints, so nothing changed. All I ever heard from them was a generic 'I will inform...'
Furthermore, upon check-in, I was given absolutely no information regarding what was available to me. Even though it was my first time booking a water villa, it felt as if I was just supposed to know what privileges and benefits come with it.
