Very cozy hotel with friendly personal ready to walk an extra mile to ensure your comfort. Hotel has a beautiful interior. Rooms are very comfortable and well furnished. You have absolutely everything you need! I saved this hotel in my favorite to share with friends and book every time I am in Tbilisi. The location is also great! Very central, but not in old town, so streets less crowded and you can have a good rest non being bothered by tourists. Also prices in that part of town are no longer touristic, which is great for dining out and buying some local specialities.

I loved the personability of the staff. I was quite ill with a head and chest cold in Tblisi. And they looked after me superbly.
The bed was very comfortable. The room was the right temperature, and the shower head and pressure was excellent.
The staff though were great. They helped with where to find the best medication, and also, restaurants that were open 24/7. Will definitely come back.
The only thing I would advise, as constructive feedback, is just to make the breakfast spread a bit more varied.
I don't know if it changes in the winter, but in summer it's perfectly fine, but there could be a little more variety of hot items. Cold items, fruit, salads, vegetables, etc were great and full of vitamins.

Clean, friendly, good location, pleasant room with a great view, comfort bed, all facilities are working, there is drinking water, tea in the room.
No fruit and no lemon for tea at the breakfast, croissants sometimes were not fresh.
