It was a nice property with spacious studio and a nice balcony. The bathroom had some constant smell in the shower which was annoying but overall good stay. I liked the location, not necessarily in the touritsty old town area but great neighborhood with tonnes of restaurants and cafes in walking distance. The staff was super nice.

The location is great, even the old Tbilisi is walkable if you like walking, the underground parking is a very good bonus considering the area is rather busy. The penthouse is spacious with a great open terrace.
The bedsheets weren't very clean, the sofa in the living room had black long hair on it, the shower had water not going through the sinkhole freely and gathering while you take a bath (not the greatest experience, I'm sorry)
