Great stay, very friendly host!

The host Randy was such a lovely man. He was so helpful and welcoming. The property is basic but so clean and was perfect for an overnight stopover for an early flight. We had no issue getting a grab taxi on the app at 7:30 in the morning to the airport however Randy did advise that some people have had issues getting one in the morning due to rush hour/traffic and he even offered to arrange a taxi if we were not able to get a grab taxi. There is a 7eleven just up the street from the property. A nice touch was that towels, toothbrush and toothpaste and shampoo were all provided!

An fyi it does take about 30/40 minutes in a taxi to get to and from the airport due to construction on the main road and traffic in general. Taxi is very cheap though when using grab, cost about 250-300 php

Fine for one night

Fine for a one night stay to be near the airport

The room is very dated. The air conditioning was extremely noisey. There is a gate to the property that the owner keeps locked and doesn’t give guests a key. This means everyone has to ring the bell to be let in. The gate it also very squeaky so prepare to be woken up by it late at night.

Affordable and Relatively close to the airport

Our host was very nice to chat with. He was flexible with checking in, as we had a super late flight arrival. The room was clean, ensuite bathroom, the necessities, AC, secure.

While it's relatively close to the airport, it's really hard to find. Our grab driver had the hardest time finding it. You won't be able to get a grab from there either, so you'll either go to the main road to fetch a taxi, or arrange with your grab driver a pick up. The bed was creaky and the AC a bit noisy

Conrado provided a friendly honest service. We arrived really late due to long immigration checks and he waited for us and received with a smile. The bed was super comfortable and the place immaculate!

Home away from home

Lovely staff! Very helpful and informative! Lovely care packages and water. Fresh soft towels. Good sized room. Good shower, nice and hot. Very comfortable beds. Owner arranged a taxi for airport transfer for early morning. Felt very safe here as a solo female traveler

Air con units loud. Weak wifi strength when far from router. Dogs barking in neighborhood. Could hear planes passing nearby a few times.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a wake up call in the morning and had a taxi organised by the owner to take us to the airport at a really early hour in the morning!

Conrado is a friendly pleasant man but likes to call his friend with a Taxi who costs 150% higher than normal rates.

Minimum maintenance being done. Must be the worst Shower in the World. Shuts off the water at night. Really a dive...
