Clean and good service
I tripped on the rug after the serving tray was moved by the maid and the glass of wine in my hand spilled on the sheet when my head hit the floor. I was in bed for a day and dizzy for 3 days and they charged me for the sheets with no compensation for my $600 US glasses destroyed.

- Bed is comfortable and sheets are clean
- Shower
- Staff is friendly and helpful
- Room lightning is good
- Front beach
- More options in the breakfast
- Private parking garage is too tight and not enough room for the guests
- Room floor was not cleaned every day, i had to ask to have it done
- Location is far from main restaurants in Cavaleiros, so you have to walk long distances or drive a car
- Price is not worth compared to other hotels that offer similar services
