A wonderful and truly memorable last night for us on our Camino. Muchas gracias. Not too difficult to find, and really nice setting with a pool and wine and beer available. The pool was great if chilly after 21 days hiking, and we lucked out with the beautiful weather. We decided to join the communal dinner (at an additional cost) and it was definitely the correct decision - truly amazing food and great shared company. All in all a wonderful - if very wistful and very poignant - stay; with memories to last a lifetime.
While it somewhat easy to find, it is quite a way off the Camino and is pretty isolated if you decide not to join the communal set dinner. Coffee / tea in the morning is tough to find, unfortunately. Bit of an oversight for an establishment such as this aims to be?

I really liked the property but you are limited for dinner options as quite isolated . Dinner in house, while v tasty, didn’t include water and wine.

Slightly off the Camino portugués about 11 km to Santiago and a great place to spend your last night for a short walk the final day! Very quiet and great communal supper option - delicious food and good wine ! The pool was great and the staff very attentive

Its a pretty hone in a nice country setting.
The plumbing is an issue here. There was nocking and banging from the pipes in the walls when a person took a shower, there wasn’t hot water for everyone’s shower and the tub didn’t drain well. We also could smell some kind of sewage issue.
I was quoted one price for dinner and they wanted to charge me more when I checked in. I had to argue to get the quoted price- which I did. The dinner didn’t include any beverages at all and there were no reasonably priced wines. All quite expensive. We felt nickel and dimmed by the end of the stay. Not even a cup of coffee was included in our stay.
They said the pool was cleaned but the water was cloudy and I wouldn’t swim in that.
