Spacious and comfortable. Very quiet location.
Parking was difficult - instructions many. No shower gel or shampoo in the containers. Coffee maker not the best. It does have a washer but only interior to dry. (Towel dryer did not work as well)

All communication goes through email and Whatsapp. The host service is always reachable via WA.
The flat is huge, with large openspace rooms. Bedroom and one terrace are on the ground floor, living area, bathroom, kitchen and 2nd terrace are on the 1st floor. This terrace is the highlight, you can sit or lay down, drink wine in the evening.
All appliances are provided, including oven, fridge, freezer, cofee machine (capsules), dishwasher, washing machine, drying rack and iron. AC is working flawlessly (it is mounted on the wall and blows vertically, so there is no unpleasant cold air blowing to the head).
There are many street lamps outside, luckily both levels are provided with electrically adjustable blinds.
Location is ok, close to the supermarket, 30 minutes easy walk to the cathedral, 20 minutes brisk walk. There is also a space in the garage, but we didn't come by car.
All in all, once back from the sightseeing, we could really relax in this flat. Drinking wine on the huge terrace, watching sunset, or having breakfast there. I wish I owned such an apartment!
Bed is ok, we slept well. For my personal taste it was a bit soft. But, hey I'm just an older guy who needs firm support for my back, so it is not a complaint, just a remark.
Buses in Santiago do not run frequently and routes are a bit weird. If you don't mind walking a lot, the location is very good. Some people might find it difficult to walk 20-30 minutes to the center. For me it was ok. Santiago is not big, and Bolt prices are 5-8 euros to center or railway station.

El apartamento era muy moderno y de diseño actual. Tiene cocina completa y lavadora/secadora. Había un secador de pelo pero daba chispazos y decidimos no usarlo. Hay calienta toallas en el baño.
En cuanto a la ubicación, está lejos dependes de coger taxi y con suerte. Se hace llamar “luxury” pero me decepcionó. Puedo recoger las llaves a las 15:30(en la misma puerta) pero no puedo entrar hasta las 16:00. Y esperando a entrar(teníamos llave y podíamos acceder ya) vemos como a las 15:45 entran a preparar la habitación… pudimos entrar a las 16:12, esperando desde las 15:30… decepcionante. Era una planta baja en la que si querías luz exterior te veía cualquier persona de la calle, lo cual no te transmite ni privacidad ni seguridad, ya que había únicamente una vallita entre la calle y un ventanal del apartamento.
No se si fue por las prisas para que pudiéramos entrar en la habitación pero algunos de los geles que te proporcionan en el baño estaban vacíos. Pero vamos que luxury luxury… he dormido en mejores colchones en albergues que en este lugar. Muy decepcionada por el precio. No todo es imagen. Las fotos las hicimos cuando recogimos las llaves y fuimos a entrar y la habitación estaba sin estar lista para nuestra estancia.
