Spacious and comfortable. Very quiet location.
Parking was difficult - instructions many. No shower gel or shampoo in the containers. Coffee maker not the best. It does have a washer but only interior to dry. (Towel dryer did not work as well)

All communication goes through email and Whatsapp. The host service is always reachable via WA.
The flat is huge, with large openspace rooms. Bedroom and one terrace are on the ground floor, living area, bathroom, kitchen and 2nd terrace are on the 1st floor. This terrace is the highlight, you can sit or lay down, drink wine in the evening.
All appliances are provided, including oven, fridge, freezer, cofee machine (capsules), dishwasher, washing machine, drying rack and iron. AC is working flawlessly (it is mounted on the wall and blows vertically, so there is no unpleasant cold air blowing to the head).
There are many street lamps outside, luckily both levels are provided with electrically adjustable blinds.
Location is ok, close to the supermarket, 30 minutes easy walk to the cathedral, 20 minutes brisk walk. There is also a space in the garage, but we didn't come by car.
All in all, once back from the sightseeing, we could really relax in this flat. Drinking wine on the huge terrace, watching sunset, or having breakfast there. I wish I owned such an apartment!
Bed is ok, we slept well. For my personal taste it was a bit soft. But, hey I'm just an older guy who needs firm support for my back, so it is not a complaint, just a remark.
Buses in Santiago do not run frequently and routes are a bit weird. If you don't mind walking a lot, the location is very good. Some people might find it difficult to walk 20-30 minutes to the center. For me it was ok. Santiago is not big, and Bolt prices are 5-8 euros to center or railway station.

The actual apartment itself is incredible. The bed was comfortable and the view was very nice. The building itself was quiet and nice inside.
The overall experience was not great because of the difficulty accessing the apartment and the fact that the air conditioning did not work. I had stayed in many units along the Camino that had electronic access without a problem and this one was nearly impossible. I had to contact them and when they talked me through it I realized the instructions they gave me to enter the building were missing a key piece of information which was a checkmark at the end of the numbers. I would never have been able to get in with the information they gave me. I was lucky that someone was available to talk to me.
Also, when I contacted them to let them know the air conditioning wasn't working the person tried to tell me that I rented a unit without air conditioning. I went back to the booking.com itinerary and it said it had air conditioning. They were not able to get it fixed so they moved me to another unit and the air conditioning did not work in that unit either.
The location while is on the Camino but it is on the way to the Cathedral if you are working the central route from Porto. I essentially had to backtrack from the Camino after finishing at the Cathedral - so not ideal.
Additionally, I had difficulty getting an Uber or Taxi. The Taxi driver could not find the apartment with the address and the GPS coordinates. I ended up giving them the Mercado name and address and that seemed to work.
