The property was well-maintained and adequate. The kitchenette had the necessary utensils, appliances, pots and pans for light cooking and the washing machine was a lifesaver! During check-in, we had some miscommunication (not intentional and was a technical platform error I'm told), but once I got hold of Yusuke (one of the property managers), he was quick to respond and very very helpful. I am particularly grateful for their flexibility in allowing us to store our luggage in the home for a few hours after check out.
Location is great too. Walking distance from Daikokucho Station and had not one, but two! 7-elevens nearby. The neighborhood also had a larger grocery store and several eateries and cafes.
The property is a little smaller than in picture (maybe it's just me!). There was not much space for the 4 of us with our luggage, so I can't imagine fitting 8 people in this home. Note that there's also no TV or entertainment - which is fine for some travelers, but my elderly parents (who needed breaks midday, and returned to the property) were just a little bored.
During check-in, it seemed there was some technical error with Booking.com. I hope it has been fixed. It was quite traumatic and we almost thought we didn't have accommodation in Osaka.
