Great location for exploring the area, from the historic house and grounds. Really like having the onsite bar and meals. Very nice staff.
(We were sad to hear about the storm damage to the gardens.)

The location was good for us to drive and visit things around Dublin area without paying Dublin prices. It's close to nice parks, quite, plenty of parking...
We stayed in one of the courtyard rooms. The rooms could do with a bit of an update, the grey carpet looked dirty, the toilet was small and didn't look as clean as other places we've stayed at.
Breakfast was buffet style but with limited choice and almost always something was finished and not replenished again.

Lovely grounds, good quality breakfast and close to local bus routes and the town
Really noisy rooms if we had stayed in the Manor House itself our score would have been higher
