Stayed for one night in the Royal suite on the 9th floor. Fabulous stylish room and comfortable bed. Had a delicious dinner in the bar and good variety for breakfast. Great shopping centre across the road.

Only complaint is when it rains there is a dripping noise on the windows outside water torture, stayed a few times and is the same in everyroom

My family and I loved staying at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, the area was very convenient, specially traveling with kids (7 and 8) and smaller kids is just perfect, the mall is just across the street from with a huge supermarket, bus stop is also across the street with routes to all major tourists places. The Hotel has 2 nice restaurants/ bar for even more convenience, room service was very fast and delicious, the he night before was he end of our trip we went down to eat at the restaurant, good food, atmosphere, the staff is very nice, the only thing I have to say on the negative side, they forgot one or 2 things but is nothing that would stop us from enjoying the night/meal or from even saying we truly love our stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, for a family of four with little ones, traveling from the USA, I was scared they would not allow us an early check in, we were willing to pay the difference and oh boy oh man, they did and checked us in super early no problem, the front desk just said give us one hour to finish cleaning and it was just that and sooner, 45 min later we were all checked in and up to the room we went for a nice nap to later explore the area♥️♥️♥️♥️ can’t wait to come back…

You can hear the traffic outside the room windows. Wasn’t a fan of the dark hotel decor. Rooms were tidy but bathroom didn’t seem fully cleaned. I suggest you double check charges on your room and restaurant bills before paying.

The two queen beds in the room were actually two full/double size beds so that was disappointing. Other than that I had no issues with my stay. Clean room and bathroom. No obvious problems with the room that hadn't been fixed. Would stay here again.

Close to shopping center, restaurants, and bus routes to downtown. 40 minute bus ride to downtown is worth the €2 for free parking at the hotel.

This property is under new ownership-now called the Gateway Hotel.Staff are friendly and helpful. Generally a good stay, however issues such as broken ice maker, no washcloths, failure to change out glasses in bathroom and no ice bucket were minor issues. All in all, a 4 out of 5. We will probably stay again as it is conveniently located.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience with some positive aspects.
One thing that stood out was the ample parking available with easy access. This made coming and going hassle-free

Outstanding property, well managed. Quiet and comfortable, though the pillows were hard as rocks. Room was well appointed and there was a thoughtful and tasty gift in the room upon arrival. Very convenient to Dublin airport. Would stay here again.

The service at the hotel was lovely, but the accommodations were dated. worn down chairs and stained curtains. Could use a facelift. the food and service was great both for breakfast and in the Sanctuary. I did find it annoying that we had to pay for breakfast the night before as opposed to having it added to our room stmt. But the staff was kind and helpful with everything.

Right next to a dual carriage way, oh no I thought, it will be noisy, BUT I was so wrong. Who ever put in the hotel's windows really made sure you hear virtually nothing.
The hotel is so convenient to get to and very easy to access into the city and beyond. Plenty of free parking and in a bright, safe location.
Reception is a large, bright and open, with comfortable lounge seating and cozy corners. A welcoming staff were there to greet us. There are two rescued Love Birds in a huge huge cage (whilst I don't personally like animals in cages, the fact they were rescued and given a safe home, well cared for in a clean, airy space is ok)
Rooms (we were on the 9th floor) are super. Beds are huge and mega comfortable. Linen is silky soft and everything is spotlessly clean.
Food is served in the bar until 10pm. There's a small outdoor seating area outside the bar.
Breakfast is vast, with extensive buffet style options. Everything was hot, fresh and tasty. You can also order off a made to order breakfast menu too.
All in all a lovely stay. Thank you.

We stayed at the Crown Plaza Blanchardstown for one night during an extended layover in Dublin. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. The hotel was clean and breakfast was great. No complaints. I would definitely stay there again.

The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was beautifully decorated, and they even have two rescued love birds in the lobby! The room was nice and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. We didn't get to eat dinner at the hotel, but we did enjoy unwinding at the Sanctuary Bar where the bartender was great. I was a little disappointed in the breakfast the next morning... they only served a continental breakfast that day. Overall, I would stay there again.

We loved our stay. Our room was lovely and the breakfast buffet was amazing as the variety and quality of the food was perfect. Service was great, staff very friendly and check in/check out was quick and smooth. Free parking and free wifi, especially as we had a hire car and kids with us was what caught our eye when booking. Wifi is very good too. The hotel is very clean throughout and the food we are in the evening one night was delicious and very good value. The shopping centre opposite is a bonus. It’s got a huge variety of very good shops. Our only slight query is, why did they keep leaving only two mugs, hot chocolates, etc when there were four of us staying in the family room? We asked for more and they came immediately but it did confuse us that we had to ask. Thank you Crowne Plaza Blanchardstown for a lovely stay, we highly recommend a stay here.
