Friendly staff. Secure parking (free). Gym available onsite but I didn’t have time to get to it. The North restaurant was nice. Good atmosphere. Pillows and bed was comfy although room was warm. Could open window but was situated next to the M7 which would have loads of traffic. We could still hear it even closed.
The main restaurant/bar was not attached to the main hotel you needed to walk across a small courtyard to get to it. Although it was not raining I wouldn’t care to get wet going for dinner at the hotel. I asked barman in the North Restaurant was there a bar in the the main hotel. I expected to be an actual bar to chill and maybe watch some sports with a drink. Left and went to the main part of the hotel and it was a little bar and you were sat in the foyer/reception area. Which wasn’t what I expected. Breakfast was also held in the restaurant. Rooms were ok. Nothing to write home about. Shower/bath was small with a curtain. Considering I was with my father that’s 84 year old wasn’t ideal for him getting into the bath to shower as the bath was high. We were also put into a room furthest from the elevator which also wasn’t ideal. The room was located next to the M7 which you could hear the traffic throughout the night.

Put in a room which was right beside motorway (324) very noisy & had to shut window which in 30+ degree heat was uncomfortable and barely slept
