Good value and well equipped room close to the beach. Easy check-in and helpful staff. Hotel was clean with good bathroom. I had a problem making an online booking for return bus to Bangkok Airport. The manager did the booking for me and also drove me to the bus station on the main road of Cha Am to meet the bus. Altogether exceptional service from good, friendly people. Many thanks.
Nothing to complain about. Would stay there again when I return to Cha Am.

The location was great. Just a few meters from the beach. The receptionist were very kind. They did not charge me for an early check in. It was great value for the money.

So close to the beach,wonderful restaurants,7-11 all within walking distance. Also, close to bars that played loud music until late at night. The staff was absolutely wonderful and so kind to our children and helpful at Check in/out. The hotel was very clean,but hadn't been updated in many years and needed some repairs. Beds were pretty stiff and worn,but linens seemed clean. Furniture in room was missing knobs and also very worn. There were ants all over the bathroom. The price,ocean view and close proximity to the beach were definitely a saving grace. If you're on a budget,go for it. If you'd like a little more comfort,skip it.
