Overall was a pleasant stay. Most of the negative reviews were due to prior construction work. I can confirm there was no construction work at the time, therefore it was not noisy and the air was clean. I did not drive so can't comment on parking.
Staff were friendly and spoke English which was appreciated and helpful as I was not German. Check in/check out was quick and easy.
Pillow was comfy.
Room and bathroom were very clean. Towel change policy was made clear (ensure to leave towels on floor to be changed) and the room service was indeed done when the sign was put out.
Shower and tap had excellent flow. Shower gel and handwash was available.
Facilities: Mini fridge, microwave and kettle are available. Sink in the room with a couple of bowls, plates, glasses cutler etc provided.
Plenty of storage: Two wardrobes, one bedside cabinet, and a further cabinet. Coat hooks present.
TV in the room although I never used it so can't comment further on that.
I found the internet provided to be adequate.
Communication could have been better: I messages about my delayed arrival, the message was just left on read, I messaged again with my updated arrival which was again just left on read, This is not the level of service I would expect, Even a brief acknowledgement or thanks for the update would have been appreciated. The message reporting defects however thankfully was answered and stated it was reported to maintenance.
Bed could be comfier. The shower had a half‑length screen, so water often splashed outside the shower area. A full‑length screen would improve this.
The room has hard flooring: a small mat near the bathroom door would be helpful to avoid dirty feet after a shower and wet footprints around the room and by the bed to add comfort.
Several fixtures were loose during my stay: toilet seat and shower rail were reported but unfortunately not fixed although I had only reported on last day to be fair. Other loose fixtures: Towel rail, toilet roll holder, toilet brush holder). Also, one cabinet shelf was missing a support pin making it tilt.

Nice studio with working/dining table, kitchen with utensils, fridge/micro oven, cleaned daily, quiet, lidl, netto and rewe around the corner, 5 minutes from S-bahn...excellent ;)

Nearby got 3 supermarkets for you to buy microwave food to cook and eat as there is limited food choice available nearby. also eatries closed at after 2pm on sat and all shops closed on sunday.
Didn't expect it to be that far from airport too despite location seems to be nearer to airport. Off peak hours can be a challenge to travel to airport due ro limited bus service running after midnight. Travelling time is almost the same as from city to airport.
