Die Lage in Köpenick ist gut es ist nicht weit zur Straßenbahn oder zum Bus. Das Personal ist sehr nett leider nicht ganz der deutschen Sprache mächtig dadurch wird man auch oft nicht oder falsch verstanden.
Die Matratzen sind sehr gut man schläft gut darauf.
Das Frühstück ist zwar vielseitig aber die Brötchen sind selbst aufgebacken es sind nicht die besten Brötchen. Kein Brot gibt es nur kaltes getoastetes Toastbrot. Das aufgeschnittene Gemüse ist manchmal schwabbelig als wenn es vom Vortag wäre. Die Teppiche auf dem Flur und im Zimmer sind schmutzig.
