Una de las ventanas de la habitación no cerraba bien y se escuchaba todo el tiempo cuando los demás huéspedes entraban y salían durante la madrugada, por lo que si tienes el suelo liviano es difícil descansar

Stafff, hursts and facilities were excellent!
I was harassed by bedbugs. I can send photos of my legs and back. It was atrocious & I highly suggest you treat the infestation

The staff were friendly and the location near restaurants and bars is awesome.
The lowest-price booking.com room is terrible. It has no exterior windows, and the one window it does have faces the hallway and can't be closed, thus all the noise of people talking in the lobby and hallways all night makes it sound like they're in your room. After the first night we requested a transfer to the second storey. The staff were resistant to this because we had made the booking through booking.com but eventually relented. Once we were moved to the second floor we stayed for an additional three nights, and didn't see anyone stay in that first room for more than one night, which I imagine means they all had the same experience that we did.
