El desayuno es muy bueno y las habitaciones amplias y modernas, cómodas.
La recepción podría ser más cómoda para esperar transporte. También estaría bien poner agua en las neveras así sea con pago.

We enjoyed a two-night stay here. The room looked exactly like the photos, and the bed was very comfortable. The provided toiletries, particularly the body lotion and shampoo, were high quality. We also loved the rooftop, which offered a beautiful view, and the a la carte breakfast was good.
The staff was very kind and helped us with city recommendations.
On the downside, the outdoor noise was quite noticeable. The balcony door didn't properly block out the traffic, and we also experienced frequent issues with the internet connection.

La habitación muy confortable y cómoda, con balcón y una excelente vista. Ubicación ideal en al zona de Laureles. El personal del hotel sumamente amable y bien dispuestos.
Pequeños detalles del hotel: por ejemplo, el baño no tenía secador de pelo y cuando pedí uno en recepción me dijeron que "lo tenía otro huesped" (o sea que parece que solo tienen un secador!). Hace años que viajo sin llevar secador de pelo porque todos los hoteles tienen... solo un comentario para que lo tengan en cuenta otros viajeros. Las opciones para el desayuno, que está terciarizado en el restaurant del último piso, son pocas y, por ejemplo, solo ofrecen jugo de naranja o café (uno u otro). Si quiero tomar un café con leche, lo tengo que pagar aparte.
