Good location, close to a shopping mall, and variety of eateries. Great personnel downtown is a short ride away. Hotel is good and worth every penny I spent for it. Safe neighborhood, decent breakfast.
I asked for a travel breakfast AND I DIDN'T GET IT! Didn't ask for a roast beef sandwich or eggs Benedict; I could have been happy with 2 bananas or 2 slices of bread with a fried egg inside! No FANCY stuff. She said that she will mention it to the restaurant. Next morning before catching my uber to Guatape, all I got for breakfast was NADA, just the finger! Personnel is very helpful, but PLEASE DON'T GET TRAPPED and book an excursion/tour from them. I made the mistake to book a city tour with the comuna 13 tour, it was a misunderstanding, I waited for the at Pueblo Paisa, they didnt show up; but they didnt mention to stupid me that there are 2 entrances! Better book a tour with a reputable company like Viator/Get Your Guide or even booking.com! I lost a day and it was their fault! Oh! And something else! watch out the beds they have very sharp edges!
