We were met on arrival by a lovely girl, very welcoming and friendly, with lots of information to help us with our stay,
Room was clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was disappointing, a small basic poor quality continental selection, with chargeable extras a basic drink such as latte at £4.50 and sizeable charging for cooked breakfast, non of which was mentioned in the website. We opted to walk the 150 metres to the Costa up the street, we would have been happy to pay for breakfast if it had been offered at time of booking.

The room was spacious and had good facilities a smart and clean en-suite bathroom
We thought the breakfast choice was very poor usually a continental breakfast has fruit yoghurts cold meat or cheese there was none of this the full English which you could purchase for 12 50 was small and of poor quality however there was nice coffee which was a good quality
