Naomi who greeted us and checked us in was delightful very welcoming and helpful with instructions and tips. The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was good with plenty of options. We used this as a stopover before taking the ferry in the morning and it is well located for the ferry. Know before you go that this is not a great location for walking to a lot of restaurants or historic sites (nor is it advertised to be). Plan at least 20 minute walk to restaurant choices or to drive.
None - the place was as advertised and as expected.

Nothing special.
Lots! They send emails for you to pre check in online and filling them in on a tiny phone screen is difficult especially when a lot of the information is already on your booking confirmation. Access to the parking is via an app and the system is flaky. AC in my room was noisy and inefficient and breakfast was very poor. Christina was good and helpful.
