Room was great, nice shower and spacious enough to open suitcases and move around. Tv and AC worked perfectly. We had towels, hair drier and soap/shampoo, host was very attentive to the details. There is a small shared space with kitchen basics. Host was very responsive, and breakfast is included if you go the the coffee shop on the corner. Thanks!
Old building with no elevator, you need to carry your bags a few floors but no big deal really. The staff that checked us in kindly helped us with our bags.

Location is really central, the bedroom is comfortable and clean. There is air conditioning in the room.
The location of the room is in another building, near the address given in booking. Breakfast is a ticket to a bar nearby which only includes croissants and coffee. The internet does not work well in the room and the parking lot is a private parking lot on the other side of the piazza. If you have big luggage, it is a problem.

"10 min walk to train station. Easy access to restaurants /caffes/bars. Owner met us upon arrival . Kitchen for guests to use -fridge stocked with h20. Very quiet despite restaurant /bar below"
