Excellent communication with the owner, the location is great, 5 min walk from Napoli Centrale station. The area is full of markets and restaurants.

It was a spacious room, very close to the train station, but just on a side road out of the way.
The host was lovely and met me at the entry and showed me everything, and was available any time I needed him.
Wifi was great, and I had a little balcony :)

Clean room with comfortable beds in a convenient quiet location. Small shared Kitchener was a bonus. Great communication with the host.

Convenient location
Staff responded quickly with Whatsapp, just the room and facilities not great
Hair dryer didn't work (overheat and cut off every 20-30 seconds of use), staff couldn't assist promptly
Bed mattress wasn't comfy
Room smelled bad, smelled like the previous guest smoked in the room and they didn't clean it properly. Smelled bad during my whole stay.
Location was close to station but a bit rough area
Cannot store your luggages at the place after you checked out, which I thought should be basic service
